Return Policy
  1. All sales are final. If doubt, please always ask before you buy.
  2. Goods sold are not refundable.
  3. We are committed to your satisfaction. We will gladly replace for any defective item, unless described 'as is', 'untested', or with a specified limited warranty.
  4. "Defective" items must be returned for testing.
  5. Non-defective items will be charged a 30% re-stocking fee. This service only available for a good reason, e.g. not compatible.
  6. No refunds for software items or software portion of a purchase, where it could be possible to copy it to one or more CDs.
  7. Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving the product.
  8. Items must be returned by registered or insured post.
  9. Buyers should not expect a "David Jones" style return policy. We accurately describe items including their condition at the time of listing and dispatch - Due to the LOW margins of online sales. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not bid.
  10. We will gladly pay for the return postage if we are at fault. for example, if we send you a Biostar motherboard instead of the Asus in the advertisement.
  11. However, if the manufacturer is at fault (i.e. not our fault), we will have to ask the customer to pay all postage and handling cost involved (RETURN TO BASE Warranty). Please consider that if you send a vacuum machine back to a shop to claim the warranty, will you expect them to deliver the machine back to you after they fixed it (we pay for return postage)? or expect them to contact you to come and pick it up (you pay for return postage)?
  12. Postage and handling fee are not refundable. Those pay to the courier or post office, not us.

Pick Up and COD Policy

  1. Sorry, Strictly no Cash On Delivery (C.O.D.).
  2. Pick-ups are only possible by appointment only. Some of our items ship directly from our supplier so pick up is impossible.
  3. We do not hold any responsibility for item sent via normal (regular) post. We can only provide proof of postage for express /registered /insured post.
  4. Contact should be made within 48 hours of auction end.
  5. Payment must be received within 5 business days for domestic buyers, 9 business days for international buyers, from the close of auction. Failure to do so may result in negative feedback and being blocked from further bidding on items sold by us.
  6. Item will be shipped on next working day after payment is fully received. If you want to combine items to save on postage, please advise us to hold your items.
  7. Serious buyer only please.
  8. Please do not buy if you don't prepare to pay immediately (No excuses or hard luck stories).

  2. Credit card payment via paymate.com.au is accepted but there is a 5% surcharge to cover the extra Paymate fees incurs. All payments should go to sales@pcsmith.com.au
  3. Paypal require seller to provide an online tracking number in the case that parcel is lost / haven't arrive on time. This will cost extra money on postage which in turns buyer will have to bear the cost. We are looking at extra $10 to $200 depending on the delivery address. Please email us for a new quote on postage & handling fee if you definitely like to pay via Paypal. 5% surcharge apply to all payment via Paypal to cover the extra Paypal fee incurs.
  4. Money order and cheque also accepted but we must wait until payment clear into our account, before releasing the goods. you can send your cheque and money order to:

Support Policy

  1. Please do NOT expect us to explain everything in details. We will provide basic support but if you really can't work things out, please pay a technician to fix it for you as I pretty sure you don't want to spend $10,000 and 3 years of hard work to get yourself a computer science degree. :)
